Wildlife
I would not call myself a wildlife photographer, despite owning a few lenses ideal for it (300mm and 150-600mm). When the opportunity arises I do enjoy it for a change and a challenge, and I have quite a few images I am pleased with. Below is just a small selection.

Featured – Gannets
Gannets are stunning birds with an almost albino look to them; those white eyes and the blue edge, looking like a superhero mask.
This was taken at Bempton Cliffs, Yorkshire when the Gannets were displaying their affection for each other by rubbing heads and beaks. I wanted this image to be a high key image to accentuate the details and the positions of the heads. It is as much about the shapes and spaces which keep attention within the image.
