Wales is a diverse and spectacular country for landscape photography, from the breathtaking views and romantic atmosphere of Llandwyn Island on Anglesey, to the rugged often hard landscapes of Eryri (Snowdonia). And not forgetting the coast of North Wales down to the south west coast of Pembrokeshire.

Snowdonia is an area that conjures up images of mountains and lakes, and that is indeed what you will find, but there is more.
The Fairy Glen is a hidden gem accessed down some very steep steps where the river runs through a gorge, and it is easy to see where the name comes from.
Using a slow shutter speed gives the steaks in the water and I normally prefer to shoot this slightly under exposed to enhance the light falling through the opening.
